Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Heaven Wallet account directly from the app, or by contacting our support team below.

Before you delete — please note

Your wallet private keys and seed phrase will be permanently removed from our systems
Any in-app balance, dream goals, and transaction history will be deleted
Active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
This action cannot be undone — ensure you have backed up your seed phrase first

Delete in-app (recommended)

Open Heaven Wallet

Launch the app on your device and sign in to your account.

Go to Settings

Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

Select Account & Security

Scroll to Account & Security and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email our support team from the address associated with your account. Please include your registered email and write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

Email Support

Deleting your account removes all personal data we hold about you in line with our Privacy Policy. Blockchain transaction records are immutable and remain on-chain; we cannot delete public ledger data. For questions, contact support@heavenwallet.app.
