Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Heaven Wallet. They cover what the app does, what you are responsible for, what we are responsible for, and — importantly for a non-custodial wallet — the things only you can do.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Heaven Wallet you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you subscribe to Heaven Wallet Pro, the Subscription Terms also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Heaven Wallet is operated by Heaven EcoHub ("Heaven", "we", "us").

What Heaven Wallet is

Heaven Wallet is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet and financial companion. It provides:

A non-custodial wallet across Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Fantom and Tron
Sending, receiving and swapping of supported tokens
Buying crypto with a debit or credit card through third-party providers
Identity verification, and a payment card programme where available
Dreams — a community feature for funding personal goals
Heaven Wallet Pro, an optional paid subscription

Heaven Wallet is not a bank. We do not hold deposits, we do not lend, and your balances are not protected by any deposit-guarantee scheme such as the FSCS or FDIC. We are not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and nothing in the app is financial advice.

Your keys, your funds

Heaven Wallet is non-custodial. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored on your device. We never receive them and cannot access your funds.

You are solely responsible for:

Backing up your recovery phrase and keeping it private. Anyone who obtains it controls your funds.
The accuracy of every transaction you authorise — the destination address, the amount, and the network.
Keeping your device secure, including its passcode and biometric locks.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address, to the wrong network, or to a fraudster, they cannot be recovered — by us or by anyone. Equally, if you lose your recovery phrase, your funds are permanently inaccessible. We have no reset mechanism because the information required to build one never reaches us.

Eligibility

To use Heaven Wallet you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Not be resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions
Not appear on any applicable sanctions list

Some features are unavailable in some countries for regulatory reasons. We may restrict or decline service where we are required to.

Identity verification

Certain features require you to verify your identity. This supports our obligations around anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist financing.

You agree that the information and documents you provide are accurate, current and genuinely yours. Submitting false or altered documents is grounds for immediate termination, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We may decline verification, or suspend access to verified features, where we cannot satisfy ourselves as to your identity or where a legal obligation requires it.

Crypto risk

You accept the following, which are inherent to cryptocurrency and not within our control:

Volatility. Cryptocurrency values can fall sharply and without warning. You can lose the entire value of your holdings.
Irreversibility. Transactions cannot be undone, cancelled or refunded once broadcast.
Network conditions. Congestion, forks, reorganisations or outages can delay or affect transactions.
Smart-contract risk. Tokens and protocols you interact with may contain defects or be malicious. Third-party contracts are not audited or endorsed by us.
Regulatory change. Rules governing cryptocurrency may change and affect what the app can offer you.

Swap quotes and price displays are estimates drawn from third-party sources and market conditions at the time. The rate you actually receive may differ.

Fees

Network (gas) fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us, and vary with network conditions. Heaven may apply a service fee to certain transactions; where it does, the fee is shown to you before you confirm.

Swaps executed through third-party aggregators may include an affiliate fee payable to Heaven. Fiat purchases through on-ramp providers carry that provider's own fees, disclosed by them during checkout. Always review the total shown before confirming.

Cards and payments

Where available, the Heaven card is issued under a programme operated with Mastercard and its issuing partners, and is subject to that issuer's own cardholder terms in addition to these.

Card availability depends on your jurisdiction and on completing identity verification. A card feature being visible in the app does not guarantee eligibility. Where a programme is not live in your region, the app will say so rather than issue anything.

Purchases of crypto with a card are fulfilled by third-party providers. Your contract for that purchase is with the provider. Disputes about a fiat payment are handled under that provider's terms and your card issuer's chargeback rules.

Dreams

Dreams lets you publish a funding goal and receive contributions from others. If you create a Dream:

You must describe your goal honestly and not mislead contributors
You are responsible for using funds for the stated purpose
You are responsible for any tax arising on what you receive

Contributions are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Heaven is not a party to the arrangement between a Dream's creator and its supporters, does not guarantee any outcome, and does not verify how funds are used. Dreams shared by public link are readable by anyone with that link.

We may remove a Dream that breaches these terms, appears fraudulent, or is reported and found to be misleading.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Heaven Wallet for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
Evade sanctions or facilitate their evasion
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app, our systems, or another user's account
Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
Automate, scrape or overload the service
Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, or where required by law. Because the wallet is non-custodial, terminating your access to the app does not affect your ability to recover your funds using your recovery phrase in any compatible wallet.

Third-party services

The app connects to services we do not operate — blockchain networks, RPC providers, price feeds, on-ramp providers, card processors and app-store billing. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep Heaven Wallet available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may withdraw a feature where continuing to offer it is not viable. The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven is not liable for:

Loss of cryptocurrency caused by your loss of a recovery phrase, or by a transaction you authorised
Losses arising from price movements
Losses caused by third-party services, smart contracts or networks
Indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all of your statutory rights, and nothing here overrides them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Heaven Wallet after that point means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the app — and remember that your funds remain recoverable with your recovery phrase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country's law.
